VALLE DE VIÑALES

Con el paisaje más espectacular de toda Cuba, el Valle de Viñales se remonta al período Jurásico y es, geológicamente hablando, la región más antigua de la isla. Mientras observa 51 millas cuadradas de naturaleza majestuosa, casi puede sentir a las criaturas prehistóricas y a los humanos abriéndose camino a través del enorme valle y alrededor de los "Mogotes" que se elevan dramáticamente desde el suelo, hasta 1300 pies de altura, que data de cuando el fondo del océano dio paso a gigantescas formaciones de piedra caliza.
