📝 How to Sign Up for the Dominican Republic Baseball Trip

Follow the steps below to reserve your spot on this unforgettable Spring Break baseball experience in the Dominican Republic!

Before signing up, please take a moment to review the full itinerary to understand what's included and get excited for the experience ahead!

✅ Step 1: Enter Contact Person & Fan Information

Start by filling out the name, email, and phone number of the main contact person for your group. Then, add the names of any family, friends, or fans who will be attending the trip but not playing baseball.

⚾ Step 2: Add Player Information

Enter the full name, age, current team, and position(s) of each player who will be participating in the tournament.

📄 Step 3: Accept the Terms & Conditions

Please review and agree to the trip’s terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy and payment schedule.

💳 Step 4: Pay the Deposit

Submit a  deposit of $300 per person (player or fan) to confirm your reservation. You will pay this deposit for each person you listed on the form.

💰 Trip Cost

• IN DOUBLE OCCUPANCY $1640.00 pp

• IN TRIPLE OCCUPANCY    $1,550.00 pp

• IN QUADRUPLE OCCUPANCY $1520.00 pp

• PLAYERS  FEES $200

Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with additional trip information, packing tips, and next steps to get ready for the adventure.
