All Day: Arrival in Santo Domingo, transfer to Bahia Principe Grand La Romana
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Hotel check-in and time to relax or explore the resort
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Welcome Dinner – Meet the group, review the week's schedule, and kick off the adventure

Practice & First Game

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at hotel
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Morning practice – Light drills and team warm-ups in San Pedro
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Return to hotel and rest
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch at the hotel
2:00 PM – 2:45 PM: Pre-game prep and team meeting
3:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Game vs. Dominican youth team – Our first international matchup
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Cool down and return to hotel
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner at the hotel

9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Team-building & skills session – On MLB-caliber training grounds
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Free time at the Academy
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Lunch at the Academy
2:30 PM – 3:45 PM: Warm-up and pre-game prep
4:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Thanksgiving Game vs. local team – Compete and give thanks
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Special Thanksgiving Baseball Dinner – Celebrate as a team with a festive meal
